Riverwillow Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1995 as a consultency providing specialist services on DIGITAL's OpenVMS operating system platform. Since then our scope has broadened to cover COMPAQ's Tru64 UNIX and Microsoft's Windows 2000 operating system platforms.
Our focus is operating system and infrastructure services rather than applications. We have particular expertise in Internet infrastructure technologies such as DNS, NTP and SMTP as well as Microsoft's DHCP and WINS services; and have provided technical management of large IP network architecture, migration and deployment projects.
Experience with both the Microsoft IIS and Apache Software Foundation HTTP web servers; and with HTML authoring; has been acquired over the years. Our focus in this area is technical accuracy, efficiency and standards rather than glamour, as exhibited in this web site.
Network Security is a key concern. We have expertise in Microsoft ISA Server and Cisco IOS firewall configuration; and in deployment and configuration of the Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition suite - including the HTTP and SMTP gateway products, and the Microsoft Exchange AntiVirus/Filtering product.
